As a young girl, I always felt the need to comfort my elders.
I could sense the pain they held in their bodies, and I
always wanted to help them find relief from there. As my
life progressed, I was drawn into the technical world, and
my body suffered. At 23 years old, obsessed with working on
CAD files at my desk for long hours, I fell to the ground with a back
spasm. That day was the first day I had my very first professional
massage.
In 2020, I realized that my family needed me more than Corporate
would allow, and I had a passion for healing the human body. I started my
wellness career and began my transition into Holistic Health.
My story is rooted in transformation: after eight years as a Corporate Test Engineer,
I made the leap into Holistic Wellness, drawn by a passion for helping others
and a desire for Balance between Family, meaningful work, and personal growth. This journey led me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, Health Coach, Retreat Facilitator, and Community Builder—roles that let me blend evidence-based Science, Herbal Traditions,
and the principles of Natural Living and Connection with God.
Each step along the way deepened my belief that true wellness is practical, individualized, and rooted in community. I’ve supported clients through recovery from chronic pain, post-operation, post-partum, neo-natal, designed and led holistic wellness programs, prepared Ayurvedic herbal treatments, and managed wellness retreats that bring people together to embrace sustainable living.

Now I am going to share; Who my clients are, because I have lived and held hands and backs with some beautiful souls, some lost, some unsure, some certain and matter of fact.
My clients, names excluded, strictly sharing the transformations I have had the absolute pleasure of facilitating and letting them fly.
My first client I disappointed, I still think about her sometimes. It was at the very beginning of my transition into massage therapy; amidst navigating a truly difficult time, I was ill and had to same day cancel for her Birthday Massage. Hard Pill to swallow, but I loved helping her heal her Sciatica, relax her Nervous System, and I really got to see a Light shine out of her after each massage, right before I got to bear witness to her Darkest Shadows when she passed judgement on mine; Mirrors are tricky. We are all mirrors of each other and when you don't hear the whole story, your perception may be misled.
My Next Client I want to shed Light on, is a True Warrior of a Woman. Our journey began as an Emergency Visit. Her Nervous system was in complete misfire, and somehow she Trusted me as a pain management mobile Licensed Massage Therapist to come do my best to heal her and help her. I visited her sometimes up to 4 times a week, over time, it became weekly, then by weekly, then monthly, now as needed over 2 years. She had a deep abdominal reconstruction surgery, anterior tilted pelvis from years of high heels, and kyphosis of the spine. We worked her every which way, Micro Current Point Stimulation, Assisted Stretching, petrissage, tapotement, lymph massage, gua sha, Tiger Balm, Cupping, Silicone Tape. What a transformative Journey to Witness. So grateful to this Family, and so Happy that God helped me intuitively know the right things to do at the right time.
Now, somehow God started bringing Cancer Survivors and sometimes people still Facing Immunotherapy into my life. So I started to Learn a lot more about Lymphatics, and Holding Space for people Facing Death. This is people who are told they were going to die, or people who just Lost someone dear to them. Truly holding an empathetic non-judgemental space, to just be ok. or to cry. or to moan. Just to do whatever your body needed to do to process, what ever life is throwing at you.
For a year and a half, I facilitated 8 groups of clients through an Ayurvedic Panchakarma, alongside 2 different Ayurvedic Vaidya's, I managed a personal foraging chef, and 3 other Massage Therapists, and an Icelandic assistant. We worked on the Elite from many different States and clients across the world. We curated fully ayurvedic compliant meal plans, yoga nidra, meditation mornings, sound healings, and ayurvedic treatments like; 4 hand abhyanga, utsadana, utvaartna, steam chambers, shirodhara; I truly enjoyed my time in the position. Reflecting back, we all knew how it was going to end, because snake spirited people do snakey things. And we all know its year of the snake. But, in my dreams I beheaded the snake and we all knew I had to finish the plunge of owning my own business at some point. You don't just leave Corporate and not go through some tragic Hardship and not make it. No you get back up and you keep Trying.
I have quite a few more clients; pre-natal, post-partum, I will even consider Presence During Child Birth if ever I am called on.
So again who are my clients?
I help the old, the young, the sick, the pregnant, the ones in pain, the ones needing support, I am here for you. I am here for your Family.
